Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Enakyo Hotel

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel staff was hospitable and spoke a good amount of English. The location was perfect, as our room had an awe-inspiring view of the river, offering us a very calming and peaceful atmosphere. The free shuttle bus service to the nearest train station was convenient for us. the breakfast buffet was broad, with an extensive variety of Japanese and Continental-style foods to choose from.

Spending my Christmas holiday in a hotel with great views of nature was surely a delight. Holidaying in a hotel with friendly and caring staff made the moment even more special. the buffet meals offered were quite remarkable; even people with certain food preferences could find something to eat. I appreciate how the hotel is located close to major sites of attraction that made it easy to visit lovely places around.

One of the worst aspects of my experience was the communication barrier between the staff and me. They spoke a language that was foreign to me, and this made communication difficult.

With an amazing view of a river, the tranquil atmosphere was therapeutic. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the staff was polite and hospitable, even though there was a language barrier. the breakfast was lavish, with both local and continental dishes provided. the shuttle bus service was efficient and free, making it convenient to move around. Amenities like onsen were relaxing and rejuvenating, a must-try experience.

The rules that prohibit people with tattoos in the onsen seem outdated.

The scenic views of the river from our room were stunning and it added to the peaceful ambience of our holiday. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke a little English, making our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet with a wide variety of Continental and Japanese food. The shuttle bus to the nearby train station was very convenient for our explorations.

As non-Japanese speakers, we found it a bit challenging to adapt to the hotel's facilities and their services that catered mainly to Japanese tourists. No tattoos were allowed in the onsen which seemed a bit outdated in terms of culture.
